Detection systems for flammable liquids and gases

Detection systems for flammable liquids and gases

Flammable liquid and gas detection systems are an important safety measure in areas where there is a risk of fire and explosion. The Croatian Act on Flammable Liquids and Gases (NN 108/95, 56/10, 114/22) prescribes the conditions for the construction, storage and transport of flammable substances and the protective measures that must be taken to reduce the risk of incidents. In addition to the law, the regulation on flammable liquids (NN 54/99, 155/22) distinguishes between highly flammable and flammable liquids, classifying flammable substances in detail and adapting the level of protection for each type.

The danger zone includes areas inside and outside the building where flammable liquids and gases are stored. There is an increased risk of explosive concentrations of flammable substances in these areas. It is therefore important to use flammable liquid and gas detection systems that immediately recognise the presence of hazardous substances in the air.

Gases detected by our systems

Our flammable liquid and gas detection systems are specifically designed to provide early warning and monitoring of the presence of hazardous gases.

The systems are designed to detect the following gases:

CO (Carbon Monoxide) – a toxic gas produced by incomplete combustion

CO (Carbon Dioxide) –a gas that occurs in many industrial processes

LPG/UNP (Liquefied petroleum gas) –is used as a fuel, but is dangerous in the event of a leak

CH (Methane) – the main component of natural gas, highly flammable

Propane-Butane –often used in households and industry, but is highly flammable

City Gas – gas used for cooking and heating, which can be dangerous in enclosed spaces

Gas detection systems – timely detection and safety

Our gas detection systems are designed to detect flammable liquids and gases and provide timely warning of explosive and toxic substances in hazardous areas. Using advanced sensors and microprocessor technology, gas detection systems continuously monitor the concentration of gas in the air and trigger an alarm if the gas level exceeds a pre-set safety threshold. In this way, the detection of flammable liquids and gases helps to prevent potentially dangerous situations, allowing users to react quickly and protect property and lives. All gas detection systems comply with the relevant safety standards and offer you maximum safety and reliability. With our solutions, you always have safety in your premises under control.
