3. Are we certified by the manufacturer?
Yes, ELEKTRO-LOG d.o.o. is certified by the manufacturer.
4. Are there declarations of conformity for all products?
All products fulfil the prescribed standards and have declarations of conformity.
5. Do we offer technical support?
Technical support is an important part of our service offering.

Yes, we offer service for the devices.
7. Do we prepare the project documentation?
We prepare all necessary project documentation in accordance with the regulations.
8. Do we carry out system tests?
We commission an authorised contractor to carry out system tests.
9. Do we offer system maintenance?
We always offer maintenance services for the systems we install.
10. Do you have information on the compatibility of the system with other systems and software?
All systems are able to communicate with other networked systems via the MODBUS protocol.
11. What are the delivery times?
Some devices are always in stock, while delivery times (depending on device type and quantity) are between 2 and 8 weeks.
12. Which devices are always available?
Peripheral devices for fire alarm systems (detectors, detector bases, manual call points, sirens and modules) are almost always available for immediate delivery.
13. Do you cover the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia?
We supply devices and provide services throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia.
14. How long is the warranty period for the devices?
The warranty period for the devices is at least 2 years.
